Rates of pay:
25 or over – £15,428.23 per annum
21 and over – £14,469.84 per annum
18-20 – £11,557.08 per annum
<18 - £8,174.52 per annum

Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council has fantastic development opportunities for Customer service apprentices at level 2 in a number of services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, well-motivated individual to join the council to deliver a high quality service and support the Council’s vision.
The successful candidate will receive on the job training and will complete a Level 2 Customer service Apprenticeship. Working alongside experienced staff you will build up knowledge and develop many transferable skills.
Please note this role is only open to applicants who are not studying for or hold an Apprenticeship or any equivalent qualification at the same level or higher in the field applied for.
You will be expected to provide evidence that you hold and are able to produce evidence of essential qualification required. Should your original documentation not be available you must complete a series of tests which will enable us to assess your ability to complete an apprenticeship. These tests will be carried out by Tameside Council.
